Kemiwatt, the specialist of stationary energy storage based on its redox battery technology with recyclable and biodegradable electrolytes, is a winner of the World Innovation Contest.
The award confirms the potential of the technology developed by Kemiwatt. The contest, with the completion of a 100kW system, will accelerate the technological development of Kemiwatt as well as the deployment of demonstration systems to prepare access to the market for its commercial products.
The 100kW system will address the specific needs of the micro-grid market segment and will be the building block for MW-range systems aiming at renewable integration or grid services markets.
